Praise God, the faith and strength the Lord has given you through all this has blessed me more than I can possibly express. You guys are always in my thoughts and prayers. That's not just in the tough times but also during these blessed ones.
1Th 5:16 Rejoice always, 1Th 5:17 pray without ceasing, 1Th 5:18 in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.
What an ABSOLUTELY, BEAUTIFUL baby she is....We are sooooooo happy for you, all home together...Aren't blessings wonderful??? Our prayers continue..John and Marsha.
I do enjoy the pictures. It is a blast seeing your baby girl as she begins life.
James tells us to "consider it all joy my brothers when you encounter various trail, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance (patience) and let endurance have its perfect work that you may be mature and complete, lacking nothing.” James chapter 1.
All of life is a series of processes that have results; the process is many times difficult (and we don’t like it); the results we like – but we have to go through the process to get to the result. Well now you at the ‘joy’ part of the deal – you have a baby that is doing well, you have grown in your relationship with and dependence upon God and have come more to rely on God’s Word to give you direction in life. These are good results. Praise God for working with all of us to make us more Christ-like.
God Bless as you settle in to caring for this, your baby.
Guys, Alex is soooo incredibly beautiful!! I really want to come see her (and of course ya'll too) soon. I know you all need to catch up on rest, but if you keep posting pics this cute I can't be held off long (hee hee). Seriously, I am really thankful that she is recovering so well!We continue to pray for Alex all the time. You are loved!!!! Liz
She is absolutely beautiful. I love the picture of her smiling. She is clearly your daughter, Nicole, with that big beautiful smile. You are in my prayers and in my heart Melissa
The Bible, Matthew 17:20 I tell you the truth, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, "Move from here to there" and it will move. Nothing is impossible with faith and love. This little girl is an amazing blessing that will teach the world so much! Love you all and have you in my thoughts constantly. xoxo Kat
Thanks for your comment Kat. This verse helped me a lot when I was questioning if my faith was strong enough to handle the grave news we were given about our baby girl before she was born. Although a mustard seed is small, it is still alive and growing.
