Praise the Lord! What wonderful news that she probably won't need a shunt at this time (I'm sure everyone is praying that she never will) and that YOU GET TO TAKE HER HOME SOON!!!! Yeah!! I am so excited for you guys, God is SO good! Yeah, Yeah, Yeah!!!!

What a blessing! This is fantastic. Gives me goose bumps thinking about it. YEAH! Karly saw the picture of the Alex in the blanket first thing this morning and said "Alex looked so calm." We can't wait to see the precious bundle of joy. Home for the weekend sounds like a wonderful plan. We will be praying for that and each little step along the way.
With Much LOVE and many Blessings,
Karly and Annamarie

Wow! I cant read the posts without getting goosebumps! I pray that she loves chai jalapeno chicken sandwiches, and ethnic foods as much as Nic.

Thanks for keeping us updated..we've enjoyed reading your blog and getting to know little alex. We both agreed that if anyone could handle something like this, its you and Nicole. We're planning on coming back to Denver in 2 years, and we can't wait to meet your little cutie!

Love and prayers.

I am so happy for both of you and for baby Hope. This is amazingly good news!!! You are all in my prayers. I am believing with you that she will not have to have a shunt. By the way, I think she is absolutely beautiful. I am so happy that you are able to hold her and nurse her and that she is recovering so well.
