Toothsday

So today is definitely the best day in a while. We found out that she gets to come home today! She seems to be recovered from the virus, and doing well on her Oxygen needs. We couldn't be happier.

And in honor of the occasion, Alex cut her first tooth. We had no idea it was coming - either it didn't hurt at all or she has a high pain threshold. Either way...it's here.

And hopefully in a few hours, we'll be outta here. Thanks to everyone for all the thoughts, prayers, and SBAC donations. We love you all.

yay that you guys are going home! I meant to ask you today at lunch, but all of our reminiscing about pregnant cravings got in the way!
Addie was the same way with her first tooth. . .we had no idea it was coming until I felt this little rock chip on her gums! by now, we know when they're coming though!
i'm really happy for you guys to be going home again! here's hoping that respiratory season is OVER for little miss alex!

I just got a call from your mom the other night. about you lovely daughter. I have been reading this blog all day. It has been quite a journey for you all. My son tyler was born with SB. He is now 17 and wil be a senior next year. He is the blessing of my life. Even though he is 17 we have a bound that never can be replaced. Althought are start in life was not as rough. This blog bring lots of good and not so good memories. I will be praying for alex.
